I nearly fainted at the hairdressers yesterday...

So, I was at the hairdressers yesterday, and the hairdresser had just given my hair a wash, and was combing it out and trimming it and stuff. But she needed me to stand up because my hair is quite long and the back of the chair was blocking it and she was doing the back of my hair so I had to like crane my neck and my back started to hurt, but I tried to ignore it, and then I started seeing coloured dots and I was like stabbing myself with my finger nails trying to get my brain to wake up or make the dizziness go away or whatever, and then I started to sway, and my hairdresser asked me if I was alright and took me outside to the courtyard that is like behind their salon and gave me a drink of water and I was trying to think of what could have caused it, I had Cheerios cereal with milk and juice that morning for breakfast a slice of raw ham and some two minute noodles. So I knew it couldn't be something I ate. And I had been pacing the street window shopping because I showed up for my appointment alittle early. So eventually my mind was back on track again and I went inside and the hairdresser just made me sit down for the rest of what she was going to do standing up. So I went home and when I got home I was all up on facebook like 'Nearly fainted at the Hairdressers today'. And I have never fainted or nearly fainted even up until yesterday so, it was quite a new experience for me. And no one  cared.
But when my mum got home she cared, and she thought it was like the bleach and other fumes that might've been around  me, and I said I didn't know what it was, but everything around me at the time of nearly fainting smelt nice.
So, ya know. New experiences.
Might as well get me a sparkly vampire boyfriend, a werewolf and call me Bella Swan.

So, after the hairdresser I went back and stuff then I started to read to my brother but my headache which was coming and going started to get really painful so I stopped (much to my brother's disappointment (not really)) and took some panadol read a bit and went to sleep.

Just voted!

For everything but Twilight for Teen Choice awards.
We need Harry Potter to win at least some awards.
Harry Potter has been around about thirteen years, and Twilight has only been around for six years.
And has only been well known for four years.
Create an account on that website, doesn't even take that long (I promise, I hate when people say it doesn't take that long when it does).
VOTE.
I can't vote for the MTV awards because if I go to the American MTV website, the internet will redirect me to the New Zealand MTV website, and you can't vote on the New Zealand MTV website (I think).
Harry Potter really needs support.
Harry Potter will be passed down for generations, but it won't get any more awards.
COME ON!

The Otter needs your help!

True shit:

YOUR FAN FICTIONS SUCK

I hate it when someone writes a fan fiction.
And I'm not talking about parodies (well at least not the funny ones).
I am talking about fan fictions.
They write the story the way it isn't supposed to be written.
Even though I might've liked the story line a little more like this, doesn't mean I am going to ruin something original author worked so hard on.
And also I can't help but think this is the way the story line is meant to go, so stop stuffing it up!

And you know what I hate the most?
Role plays.
Like they incorperate themselves into the story (*cough twilight cough stephenie meyer cough*).
And combine the names of other characters like "Ginny Longbottom".
WHAT? WHAT? WHAT IS THAT?

And stop putting characters together, like "dating" them together or whatever.
This character and that character and meant to date these characters!

PS I downloaded some of the Harry Potter soundtrack, like the Original theme song (first film), Dumbledore's Farewell and Lily's theme (it plays in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, when the kids are marching into the school).
I would reccomend you download the tracks you like to show your support, you shouldn't download all of them (like a twilight fan would), unless you actually like all of them.
J.K. Rowling wouldn't want you to waste your money on all of the tracks on some that you might not like but Stephenie Meyer would want you too (she likes money).

VOTE FOR HARRY POTTER

So, I can't watch Teen Choice awards.
But I can vote.
And as you know Twilight has a terrible storyline, terrible actors; but still wins!
AND I MEAN IT WINS EVERYTHING IT CAN WIN!
We need to recruit! VOTE EVERY DAY!
And if you don't like Twilight but aren't such a big fan of Harry Potter you can vote for other things too.
Just vote for everthing BUT TWILIGHT!
This is urgent. This is Harry Potter's third to last chance, this is Twilight's fifth to last chance, they have plenty of other years, however Harry Potter doesn't!
We need to make these last three years Harry Potter's years!
Harry Potter has been around for thirteen years. Harry Potter is a classic, Twilight is a brainwashing system that'll die out in four years time, but Harry Potter will be told for Generations!
Harry Potter is so much more deserving!
URGENT
GO VOTE!

Confession: I'm a bookworm

Yes it's true. But I would've thought after all these blog post after blog post you would know.

And I just finished reading Harry Potter and Philosophers Stone (I have no idea why I was reading it, just for old times sake I guess(?)).
I realised I don't want to read the whole series over again, not that I'm tired of it, but I already know everything off by heart. If I was reading it for the second or third time it'll be different.
But now I have nothing to "read me to sleep" tonight (if you know what I mean(?)).
I have been thinking I should read the Hunger Games, apparently they're really good, but I don't know how long the series is or even which one is the first in the series or even where to get them for a start. I don't feel like reading the rest of Maximum Ride series.

I've tried looking up book suggestions online but they were mainly like life essentials to read.
For example; To kill a Mockingbird, I'm sorry but I don't see that book as interesting, don't care what you say, you have your opinion I have mine, leave it.

I've looked on chat rooms/discussions on a website I know (elleandblair.com look it up), but they were already like Harry Potter; Hunger Games, Vampire Diaries, Twilight (*gag*), etc, etc.

I'm just not in the mood for any Vampire books, and Vampire Academy just looks like a vomit marathon waiting to happen inside my stomach/mouth.

I've read all the Shopaholics.

And I'm not really in the mood for books about Angels, forbidden love and a load of useless Damsel in Distresses (Fallen put me off that one, but Twilight already made it clear Damel in Distress is no fun to read).

So basically I wrote this blog post to complain about how no book will ever be good enough for me.
"Why did you do that to us Alice?"
No idea. Sorry Forum.

I've just realised what a picky bitch I am about books.

Maybe I should read City of (insert object here, I have no idea what the first book is).
Or Hunger Games.......

I am advertising....

My uncles (2nd hand) bookshop.
Today I went in there, there was so many books I wanted.
I mean I usually doubt 2nd hand bookshops and libraries.
But if you go to the right one (to find a good library look for big one to look for a good 2nd hand bookshop go inside and see what you can find).
My uncles (2nd hand) bookshop, is a 2nd hand bookshop, but isn't full of 'old' books. It has the Twilight series *gag*(not the first one, but the Second life of Bree Tanner, New Moon (2 New Moons actually one in white one in black), Eclipse, Breaking Dawn, And the official graphic novel).
Also I couldn't stop reading 101 people you wouldn't meet in heaven, like there was this one guy who will kill husbands/boyfriends of women he wanted to date and keep their body parts in the fridge, it was full of really creepy people (I fascinated by Physcopaths okay? Don't judge).
Also my uncle sells DVDs (he has Charlie St. Cloud, I have been kind of intending on watching that movie). My uncle still has some VHS (for people who are still stuck in the 80s'-90s').
He also has a whole lot of Chick Novels (I wish it rhymed like Chick Flicks, but no they're novels). Like a book called Her about a woman who met a man on a train and fell in love with him but unfortunately he has baggage.... His ex-fiancee.... aWkWaRd, that book sounds interesting.
Today my cousin and I sorted out the science fiction section. And that was when I came across that cool Physcopath book (it's actually possible my cousin is a physcopath, apparently killing animals a lot, is sign of being physcopath, and my cousin has killed fleas she got off her cat, and then showed them to her (twin) sister and I (insects count as animals right? Like in someways?)).
My uncles bookshop is called The Bookmark (because his name is Mark, get it?).
It is on Willis St (Wellington NZ), and it is in like the basement of a shopping arcade. I forget what the arcade is called though...... But it is on the same side of the road as the New World Metro.
PS I asked my uncle whether it was okay that I write about his Bookshop and he wanted me to (he has a blog as well, on Tumblr. but it confuses him as much as it confuses me).
PSS I haven't got the link to his blog, he talks about all sorts of stuff, I saw a  post in the Oscars (although a very brief one).

Wouldn't it be fun to be a Vampire?

Not in romance sense, but in time sense. You'll get to see time go by and see some truly legendary people.
And you'll get some people come up with the COOLEST things and not-so-cool things *cough snuggie blanket cough*.
But if romance did get involved, I'd only get involved with other Vampires because I don't like the sound of getting involved with a Teenage Boy *cough Cougar cough*.
But Vampires tend not to be very friendly with one another, so I don't think a lot of romance will be involved with that as some people might think, queue a misleading movie like uh, I don't know TWILIGHT.
And The Vampire Diaries.
But The Vampire Diaries is more fun, and Elena actually cares about the people she loves, but Bella hopes she can be a vampire and get around not getting anybody (she loves) killed doing it.
But Elena hasn't even shown a sign of wanting to become a vampire, and trying to save the people she loves from vampires. But somehow all Stephenie Meyer's good characters are still alive in the end, and some of the Vampire Diaries good characters die, therefore, not always everyone makes it out alive, therefore, The Vampire Diaries is more realistic in how death works: Death does not care whether you were a good person or not, you just die.
Getting back on topic you would have to move around a lot, to make sure no one notices your age, and you would need convincing people powers (Shown in Vampire Diaries, unlike in Twilight they don't need proof that you are not a pedofile who got plastic surgery to look younger).
And the only thing the inspired me to write this is because I was re-watching The Vampire Diaries.
